利物浦的人很熱情。友善。自己由於在上個旅程中拖鞋忘拿了。然後英國酒店是不提供拖鞋的。然後抱著試一下的問了前台小姐。她很熱情的幫我們找了二雙拖鞋。真的很感謝。酒店房間很大。是我在英國住的最大的房間。而且靠近市中心。周圍都是商業街。吃的。購物很方便。下次來利物浦還會再次選擇這家酒店

房間裡的小廚房很好呀，出差不想吃外賣旁邊就有Tesco可以買菜自己做。房間床還可以，就是枕頭下面有毛髮。酒店位置也超級好，公交地鐵都超級方便，樓下商場超級多。

But: 1. Water control in shower problematic. 2. Water did not drain in bathroom faucet. 3. Telvision is awkward position to see from bed, no other option available. 4. No cleaning dishes is possible since there is not soap or sponge. 5. If you do laundry on the 6th. floor, one dryer does not work and no fauchet to drain water from the dryer. 6. Window sound insulation not effective. 7. Hotel receptionis Marian from the Philipines is wonderfull, but so the other receptionist. 8. Rest of the crew we met were very nice. 9. One of the rooms booked was not available on the first night and it took about 30 minutes for the reception staff to admit it was a mistake on the part of Quest. The reception staff were actually telling us we had to go and look for alternative accommodation. I have also been charged £446.68 by Quest despite the fact I had paid for my booking. The reception staff are out of their depth and unsupported.
